Home visits
Home visits are available for patients. During business hours if a home visit is required, we can arrange it through the medical clinic in Truganina. For afterhours care contact the Home Doctor Service on 13 SICK (13 74 25).

Pathology
A pathology collector is available at our medical clinic in Truganina on Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
Outside these hours Dr. Albarki will take blood.
Our practice is committed to proactive and preventive care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you proactive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.

Repeat Prescriptions, Medical Certificates & Referrals
In accordance with the AGPAL guidelines and in the interest of good medical care, your doctor will normally need to see you if you require a repeat prescription and/or a medical certificate and/or a referral.
Due to the COVID we are offering Phone and Telehealth extended until end of March 2021
Test Results
In accordance with the AGPAL guidelines, test results will not be given to patients over the phone. If you would like to know or discuss your test results, you will need to make an appointment to see your doctor. We are present in Truganina and nearby suburbs of Hoppers Crossing, Laverton, Point Cook, Tarneit, Wyndham Vale, Williams Landing, Werribee, Ravenhall & Westbrook.
